They could care less for a driver's time. Arrived at 6:25am before the gates were even open, yet got told that there is 1 truck in the dock and Im next. Was sent to another parking to wait for a phone call. Walked across the street and saw that the dock was empty and it had been empty for the last 40 mins. Waited almost 2hrs before I called them myself and talked to someone else. They didnt even know I was waiting. Take your scrap metal somewhere else. The guy that works in the scrap for cash area has literally refused my service every single time I've went there. For 1 excuse or another. Either because I have wire on a roll, or I have too much wire,or I need a note,etc. But then I just go somewhere else and it's never a issue. This employee just treats everyone like they're a criminal,or he just doesn't feel like doing his job. But never have I ever been able to successfully scrap metal for cash there.
