This establishment's customer service staff are terrible. No one ever answers the phone. You have to call multiple times to finally reach a live person. You will NEVER get a call back from them even if you leave multiple voicemail messages. If you are finally able to get an appointment, they will text you prior to your appointment to confirm and ask you to go to the website to fill out a PHI form. If your insurance company allows you to choose another sleep lab do it! This place is horrible, totally unorganized, & they constantly cancel appointments. I waited almost a year to get in, they kept canceling & rescheduling my appointments, & they tried to cancel my appointment again recently saying someone's cat died & the Tech couldn't see me. First, their online forms didn't work so after completing them twice had to do it over the phone. Next, I was told yesterday I had no copay for the sleep study. Third, when the online consultation started I was told the copay for the consultation was $40 and the sleep study was $900. And of course, they had no idea who could have told me the wrong information. Just another terrible healthcare experience in the U.S.A.
This facility has a complete lack of professionalism, from the front desk staff to the providers. The only positive experience I had was with Eva in the PAP supply group. Their billing group could not figure out our insurance and I'm still convinced they have overcharged us for the services that were performed. This clinic was not worth the wait.
