Omnis CrossFit is the most welcoming gym I’ve ever been to. The coaches take time to understand your goals and limitations, and they know how to push you in a way that feels safe and encouraging. The members are just as supportive—it’s a great community. I was nervous at first, but the atmosphere here is amazing. The workouts are tough, but they always offer modifications and truly meet you where you’re at. If you want a gym that challenges you without judgment, Omnis is the place.
Just started crossfit & enjoying it. Nice clean gym with fun coaches. The other members are friendly & helpful, all in all a pleasant atmosphere
Omnis CrossFit is the best CrossFit gym I have been to date. All the members and coach’s are kind and welcoming. Whether it is your first CrossFit class or you have been doing CrossFit forever, the coaches meet you where you are in your journey. I cannot say enough good about Omnis CrossFit, the staff, ownership, and members. They make you feel like a true community!
This gym is incredible. The facilities and the staff are top notch! Kelly the head coach is a southern baddass, she will bless your heart while letting you know you can go a bit lower on that squat. If you want to get in shape and be around a supportive community this is the place to be.
It’s more than just a gym. I’ve met lifelong friends here. The coaches are welcoming and knowledgeable and focus on each individual athlete so they know what each individual is capable of doing.
