Omnis CrossFit is the best CrossFit gym I have been to date. All the members and coach’s are kind and welcoming. Whether it is your first CrossFit class or you have been doing CrossFit forever, the coaches meet you where you are in your journey. I cannot say enough good about Omnis CrossFit, the staff, ownership, and members. They make you feel like a true community!

This gym is incredible. The facilities and the staff are top notch! Kelly the head coach is a southern baddass, she will bless your heart while letting you know you can go a bit lower on that squat. If you want to get in shape and be around a supportive community this is the place to be.

It’s more than just a gym. I’ve met lifelong friends here. The coaches are welcoming and knowledgeable and focus on each individual athlete so they know what each individual is capable of doing. The owners are constantly making sure all their athletes have an amazing experience and see the results they are aiming for. Class schedules are abundant and the workouts are varied. Omnis is like a family. The coaches are top notch and always teach correct form. They are always motivating and love to see their members succeed. I could not ask for a better gym to attend. The new owners have kept the same family atmosphere from when I walked through the doors almost 6 years ago.
