Got my Omni pillow and transitioned from the Purple pillow. I'm a side sleeper and feel the Omni Pillow really has given me more support. I love this pillow. I’m a side and sometimes back sleeper and this pillow molds to fit each position. It’s also completely adjustable at the store, so the perfect firmness is always achievable.

After trying many pillows, my chiropractor suggested the Omni pillow to relieve neck pain. I have never had neck pain again after switching to the Omni pillow. I love that if it needs to be fluffed up a bit, I can bring it back for a little more fill. This is the best pillow I've ever had and I highly recommend it!
I purchased this pillow about 6 months ago. I have been trying to contact someone for over a month. This pillowed started off great and within a month or two in it just gets flat. I kept wanting to give it a chance. I try to fluff it before I fall asleep and no matter what I do so wake up trying to fluff it up again. I have tried to reach out to ask what I can do to get this to stop and I get no response. Such a bummer after biting the bullet and spending that much on a pillow
