Omni Max USA is super helpful! I had a problem with my standing desk, that I couldn't get to lower down. I didn't buy it from them but I will in the future after this interaction. One of their engineer (Mike) called me after I sent in a request for help. Mike walked me through the steps to get it reset and to get it lower again. He had the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes.
