Nate researched my alarm system over the prior to coming to the house, and helped walk me thrugh activating the system, so I could actually turn it on while I went on vacation. Excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend Nate.
Very professional and personable
I called Nate out to look at a system that wasn't working in a home I just purchased. He had all required information with him upon arrival, arrived on time, was extremely courteous and patient with me in explaining the issues and resolutions. I asked him to come at night so I could be there, and he happily came in the evening and worked into the late evening. Seems like a great guy. Overall great experience for me. Oh, and the price was definitely reasonable. Thanks Nate!
