I love Omnicomp. I have used them for years. Always with a good outcome. The staff is extremely patient in dealing with non computer people such as myself. Strongly recommend them.

I hate talking ill of a local independent business, but the service and communication here leave alot to be desired. We were originally told one week but every time we called for an update the timing changed. After we voiced displeasure they started talking about trying to sell us another machine. Finally we had to go and pick up our computer and get our money back. Only to find out when we got home they didn't put a screw back in the backing and when we took it somewhere else we were told the hole was stripped out. Maybe ot... read more
