This company is such a fraud! I just recently received a bill in the mail for my mother's medications. The bill is addressed to my mother and myself. I called today to find out why in the world I would even receive a bill since my mother has been deceased since 2015. They claim that they could not find any information to send my mother the bill and that the facility that she was in had me listed as the emergency contact so therefore I would receive the bill! For a company that is supposed to be helping the elderly, Omnicare's drug prices are extremely over priced. For one month of prescriptions, for my mother in law, they charged 620.12 and I am now getting the same prescriptions for 32.36 per month. This is a huge savings especially for a person living on limited income. The company revised the invoice for some of the drugs but refused to change the price on the same drugs sent 12 days earlier. Not sure why they would send the exact same drugs 12 days apart.
