Omnicare doesn't care for its clients and has the worst customer service I have ever come across The client literally begs for their business. I have asked for a change of user from previous owner to a new provider through a CHOW and I have not received any feedback for 3 months now!!! I have to keep calling and all I am told is that it takes time. Why not just say you have enough business and not looking to onboard any new clients?
