I, and my family, are all patients of the office. They have wonderful, caring staff that are efficient and check in with you. The doctors, all of them (I have seen them all at different times of need), are efficient, caring, knowledgeable and most of all listen to your concerns. I cannot say enough good things about the kind group of people that make up this office.

I am not surprised that Dr. Cox has some one star ratings. I guess people just judge her with the first impression they get from her. She could sound snappy and rude. You would even wonder if she really cares about her patients. I did feel the same and I was hurt. However, I've known her for 7 or 8 years. The longer I know her, the more I feel fortunate to have her as my family doctor. Give yourself more time before you give her a rating. She is a GOOD doctor.
