Mysteriously changed my mom's account number and removed the autopay so we stopped receiving statements, only collections notices. Also had a question about the cost of a medication —Pharmacy Dept re-directed me to Billing Dept who re-directed me back to Pharmacy Dept who told me they couldn't answer -- total bureaucratic mess with no accountability
