This company is horrible. OPWDD made the switch to them a while ago, and it has been a nightmare for all staff. They do not deliver meds on time, forget meds, and have rude customer service. They don't have diabetic supplies, and we have to go to a separate pharmacy to get them. When you order a med, your lucky to get it within 48 hours. Everyone's job is harder because of them. Just pathetic
