Had a poor experience with this HH agency's staff. As a Long Term Care Social Worker I work closely with local home health agencies to secure services for my discharging residents. I called to obtain a follow up on one of my referrals, and Brittany stated that they would not take my attending physician's face to face and HH order but that they would wait until resident actually visited their PCP. They treated my mother for 2 months neglected to see she had mrsa the whole time!! She almost lost her leg and could’ve died the specialist said. After requesting a new nurse when her doctor suggested letting them treat mom again to keep up with her overall health, the office staff was very rude and disrespectful weirdly demanding in that you had to see them on their schedule and couldn’t cancel or move a visit. My arms, hands, feet and legs are affected with neuropathy and I am blessed to have a nurse come from Omnibus and massage my areas of discomfort and get wonderful relief each time they come out. I am blessed to have one of their fantstic nurses come to my home everyday and its has amazingly really helped. I have gotten so much help from my nurse I want to continue using her to help with my neuropathy pain.
