RecommendedEveryone at omnibus has been exceptionally amazing in both helping me choose a dress for my sons bar mitzvah, and turning that dress into exactly what I wanted. Communication and kindness was such a huge factor to me, and from the saleswomen to store manager to owner, everyone has simply been amazing to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of a dress for all occasions!!! They have it all!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience ladies!
I’ve been going to Omnibus since 1986 and have NEVER been disappointed! I love the selection and the service! I have had friends come from Westchester and they were very pleased as well and have come again and again
I posted something a few days ago that I choose to retract. It was negative and I should have first called Paula to verify what I thought was truth. I understood that my friend , after being diagnosed with a life changing disease, was not given the courtesy of at the very least a small credit on an expensive dress she purchased at Omnibus. As a plus size I had the hardest time finding a young and sexy (appropriate) dress. Marianne was amazing! She helped me find the perfect dress. I’ve since referred everyone to Omnibus and they too have had great results. Can’t thank you enough for making me feel beautiful at my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah.
I love Omnibus. My daughter found her Jr. Prom dress there last year and now her Sr. Prom gown. I love the atmosphere and the friendly women who help my daughter. Will continue to go to Omnibus for my other daughters.
My experience today was wonderful. Staff very nice. Anna Marie made it so comfortable. Purchased my mother of the bride dress , would definitely recommend to family and friends
My experience was not positive with this store. They have beautiful dresses and came highly recommended but their post sale customer service was terrible. When we went to pick up the dress the first time after alterations it was handed to us dirty... which I only realized when we tried it on. We had to leave it there again so I had to pick it up the second time myself the night before the event. When my daughter put it on a major alteration had not been completed...
