First visit and I am already loving it. The ladies at the front desk are so polite. Office is super clean as well as the restrooms. The Dr. I met Dominique was great. Very informative and friendly.
Update: I see they have finally billed my secondary. Once the eob is ready I will edit that portion. This is the worst obgyn office I have ever been to. Not only do they never answer the phones, they charge an upfront fee so that they can be covered in case you missed your appointment. However, I have a primary and secondary insurance and they're not billing my secondary so that they can keep that $50. I'm trying to get someone from billing on the phone. i love omnia, but for my past few appointments, the wait has been getting longer and longer. i’m not sure if they’ve been scheduling too many appointments at a time, but the longest i waited for an appointment is almost an hour. i’m 35 weeks pregnant, so my appt is pretty much “how are you? super uncomfortable? great, see you next week!” so the wait is annoying and unnecessary for my 2 minute appointment lol. even though the wait is long, every doctor at omnia makes me feel listened to. every doctor answers my questions and ... read more
