doctors keep leaving the practice and billing will tell you it is your responsibility to see if the random doctor they assign you takes your insurance. Billing hangs up on people as does the appointment staff. Took 45 minutes to make an appointment because they just hang up when they pick up. The last 3 appointments we were seem by their PA who is about useless. Expect a lot of overages even if they are a provider for your plan. Their patient records and portal system is terribly disorganized and despite updating everything on the portal on my end, they entered incorrect information that led to a bill being sent to the wrong address for months and months. They sent my bill to collections even though I never received it because they kept sending it to the wrong address even though I provided a correct home address.
