AVOID this place at all cost. This place is a rip off. They took the money upfront and said they will will reimburse once the Insurance pays. I got tested on 12/22/2021, and nearly after a year, I have yet to receive my money.
I got a refund finally. You can if you don't forget to call a couple of times (once to have them put it through to the insurance, and again to get them to actually refund you) It took me 5+ months total.
update - after months they got back to me and they did refunded me. Try to avoid places like this or it will be a nightmare.
