THE customer service is horrific. I called customer service on some windows that needed to be looked at for some repairs on a new build. First, they expect you to take the pictures of the damage and find the serial numbers before they come . customer service showed up and looked at the windows took pictures and was supposed to get back with me to fix the windows. Marvin is a great manufacturer, but the superstars are the people working at Omni. There were some big problems inside the office, but Montana stepped up and helped us overcome the issues. He saved us in many ways and was always respectful, considerate and did everything he could. Out in the field Joseph and JT are two of the best installers we have experienced with the construction of our home. We have been so happy with our experience with Omniview! We worked with Ian and cannot speak highly enough of him. We are first time home owners that are pretty picky but also admittedly clueless and Ian was extremely informative and patient with us the whole time. He is not your typical pushy salesman at all which is why we went with him in the end.
