Everyone I interacted with was lovely, but I was misgendered the entire time. Both in the clinic and in the report my GP received. I clearly noted my pronouns in the intake form, and I am very visibly not cisgender. I’d urge all staff to be more aware of pronouns please, as it’s already such an invasive procedure, being misgendered on top of that is really ick.
Friendly staff and wonderful care, very fortunate to have been referred here.
Reception and ultrasound tech were lovely, patient and kind. They explained everything clearly in a gentle manner and were very considerate.
Sherin is the best technician I have ever come across. She is caring and understanding of what a patient may need and provides comfort during the difficult parts. The receptionist Kayla is also lovely and has great customer service. There are lots of clinics that treat patients for sensitive matters that are no where near as good as here. Might be costly, but it is the worth the price for the quality of treatment.
