Such a professional experience.
Everyone I interacted with was lovely, but I was misgendered the entire time. Both in the clinic and in the report my GP received. I clearly noted my pronouns in the intake form, and I am very visibly not cisgender. I’d urge all staff to be more aware of pronouns please, as it’s already such an invasive procedure, being misgendered on top of that is really ick.
Friendly staff and wonderful care, very fortunate to have been referred here.
Reception and ultrasound tech were lovely, patient and kind. They explained everything clearly in a gentle manner and were very considerate.
