Received a load from them.That was a certain amount of miles with a certain pay but the mileage was further than clarified and in addition had to do multiple stops on that load that they will refuse to pay for

I would absolutely recommend Omni Transport! Not only is the company reliable, but the owner and people answering the phones are friendly, honest and eager to help you and your family. I had to coordinate with them from a different state and they made the process simple and stress free. Although the person I was caring for has passed, they were such an important part of reporting when they witnessed changes and were a part of extending my father's life so family could be with him in the end. I called to schedule one month ahead. They told me someone would call the week before. No one did, so I called yesterday on a Monday (pickup was 2 days later). They said they had to cancel because the 2 EMT’s they had that were licensed in KY no longer work for them; so they can no longer service KY. I asked exactly when were they going to call and tell me that. If I hadn’t called, my 93 yr old mother would have been waiting at 9am with no one coming for a procedure/appointment she had to get to.
