ZERO STARS! This company drives illegally without being INSURED. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! Don’t take ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ACTIONS! Not safe! LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN! If I could give no stars I would after what I saw & heard while visiting a patient at Norwood Acute Nursing Home total disrespect from the transport team they'll never pick up my loved one. So be warned lack of compassion & trust towards any patient deserves immediate termination & Whatever comes from the lack of professional behavior that company needs to be held responsible & that transporter. I was in total shock. You just never know who's listening & I should've recorded it. Unbelievable. Total shame on them.
I have personally worked with Billy and the scheduling/dispatch team at Omni Transport for my employer. I can't thank them enough for their care, pleasant attitude and professionalism when we are in need of their services.
I'm grateful for the services they continue to provide in our community. It's truly been a game changer for many of the patients using their transportation service.
I work at Venetian gardens nursing home we use Omni for our stretcher transports and we absolutely love them!! Thank you for all you do and the care you give!!
