I come here for most of my exercise and enjoy my time here : ) Some days I'm going through mental health struggles and extra sensitive to some of the music I hear, but the people here have always been nice to me and I enjoy getting some exercise in with some friends! I like to come to the 4:30 pm classes Tuesday - Friday that coach Jeremy teaches : )

I have been going to Omni for over 4 years. It truly feels like home when you walk through the door. The owners, coaches, and other members support eachother during workouts and everything else life can throw at you. If you are afraid to attend a gym because of the word "crossfit", don't be. The coaches at Omni are very knowledgeable on how to adjust each workout to fit each member's ability. I don't know where I would be if I Omni was not around. Come check it out and join the Omni family!
