We spent a day at Omni Training Facility and Leah was a gracious host. She showed us the facilities, taught us a bit of yoga, tai chi, and we participated in the Nordic sauna and cold plunge (ice baths). I was pretty nervous to do the ice bath piece, but it was actually very fun and I learned a lot about my body. Lots of laughs and memories made. Thank you Leah for all you do!

Omni is the place to call your gym. Whether you are just starting out or have been lifting for a while, there is something for everybody. Everyone makes it an enjoyable community and we hope to see you there!

Omni has been such a fantastic place to workout! I’ve been working out here for over a year and am just starting back after having a baby. The coaches and other athletes have been so supportive through pregnancy and everything else! The owners, Colin and Leah, are very personable and have great communication with the athletes as well. I will always and forever 100% recommend Omni to everyone that’s looking for a gym!
