I come here for most of my exercise and enjoy my time here : ) it's awesome to be able to get some exercise and socialization in with a group of friends! I like to come to the 4:30 pm classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays currently. All the coaches there are super nice people : ) very inclusive atmosphere at Omni! I love Leah, Phoenix, and Jeremy as my choice coaches! There truly are some awesome people here! ❤️

Absolutely love this place! The gym is always so clean and the coaches are so smart and knowledgeable. The ice bath and sauna is a great addition! 100% best gym in St. Cloud.
We spent a day at Omni Training Facility and Leah was a gracious host. She showed us the facilities, taught us a bit of yoga, tai chi, and we participated in the Nordic sauna and cold plunge (ice baths). I was pretty nervous to do the ice bath piece, but it was actually very fun and I learned a lot about my body. Lots of laughs and memories made. Thank you Leah for all you do!
