Had a bad experience with this title company. I was a seller on a property and the main issue my attorney and I had was the unnecessary items they needed. Every time we have them what they wanted, they wanted more. They threw items at us last minute right up to closing. This kept going on back and forth all the way up to the closing asking for more items last minute. I have worked with dozens of title companies in NY and have never needed to jump through the hoops this company made us jump through. Not a good experience.
Highly recommend! Incredible experience and customer service. There is NO other title company to use for all your real estate needs. Five out of five stars!
