We are deeply grateful for Omni’s support during a challenging time. After being hospitalized for a few ailments my parents were told my father needed 24 hour care as soon as he was released from the hospital. We contacted Brett at Omni and he had help set up for the very next day! He and his team were very accommodating. My parents and I were very pleased with the caregivers attentiveness and knowledge. My parents are snowbirds and will definitely use Omni again when they go back to Palm Springs.

Walter Lowry, the owner of this incredible company, is a blessing to the Coachella Valley - and to me! He came to my rescue at a time when I had no one to turn to regarding my mother's long-term care. Because I'm an only child and live out of state, it was up to me to find her care as she is now suffering from dementia (she had been living alone in Rancho Mirage for over 45 years). My husband had a shoulder replacement and Brett worked with me to get him set up once we got to the desert the same day as surgery We had a few hiccups up with the team he has. We worked through it, and my husband is now doing very well and is comfortable. I think that Brett and his team Excellent job
