Be careful! I had monitoring service with Omni Security/Fortress Security for almost 5 years for a residential property security system. I sold my home and am moving to an area that Omni does not cover, so I followed the company policy to cancel my service 30 days out and in writing. I paid what was supposed to be the final bill but I continue to receive invoices 65 days out from my cancellation date. Exercise caution if you engage their services - you'll never be able to cancel!
