Most of the building is a gym, like 90% of is the gym, the actual PT area is no bigger than any other PT facility. While you are getting medical treatment, everyone in the gym can see you through huge windows, a whole wall, so I guess they don't really care anything about HIPAA laws. I shouldn't have to ask for privacy so that my neighbor doesn't watch me do therapy in pain while he works out. People are coming in and out of the gym area often, and you have no clue if they are medical staff or not. They have one private room... read more
Absolutely BEST physical therapy team I've ever dealt with. Wish I had been able to go to them when I had my first knee surgery. Would recommend them to anyone! Wonderful people and so helpful!
