Called seeking a new orthotist- they refused to have the doctor fax a referral we already have, refused any insurance information over the phone prior to appointment. This would be our seventh year using orthotics, and I’m surprised they wanted to decide for themselves if my daughter needed her next pair of orthotics. Meanwhile she’s waiting uncomfortably for weeks for a consult in orthotics she’s already outgrown. Never had an experience like that with two previous providers.
Robert Devlin and his team are awesome! He also has a great sense of Humor 😅
