We had an issue with communication at first, but Matt came back and helped sort it out. He then proceeded to help us with the initial issue we had and was extremely informative on what we should do.
Awful customer service and communication. We called them on Friday to let them know what we had going on and what we were looking for to see if they could help. He assured us he could so we set an appointment for 2:00 PM Monday since that was the earliest they could come out. Monday comes (Today) I am at home waiting on them; there is no TV's, sound, etc. since I know they should be coming soon. 2:15 comes and no sign of them, so my husband calls him to see where they are, he says he came at 1:50 and there was no answer when... read more
