I don't understand why everyone is complaining about the wait time. I know it takes a little while, but when Dr. Cheekati examines you, she takes a long time to ask about everything you're feeling. Why don't you complain about that? She gives good referrals for every problem. She's like a therapist. I've overcome many situations just by talking to her, which made me strong enough with her words. I’m actually surprised I haven’t left a review sooner. Omni primary care is the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Initially, the first visit went great, but after that everything went downhill. Dr. Cheekati has a habit of not listening to her patients. There’s no reason why I should have to repeat myself every visit, despite her having a paper and pen in hand. The worst part of my experience is it took me TWO months to get birth control. Why? Dr. Cheekati and her staff are amazing. One of the things that make her different from a lot of dr’s is that she listens, and thoroughly answers/explains all questions. You can tell she cares about her patients well being. Also Mercedes and Sheryl go out of their way to assist in anyway possible.
Dr vasundara cheekati is excellent, she gives enough time to listen to the problems, explains everything taking time and prescribe lifestyle changes and medicine accordingly.
i originally started with Dr. V about a year ago and it started off as a great experience , however the last three follow up visits have been HORRIBLE . The visits are long for no reason if you’re just there to give blood you should be there within an hour it shouldn’t take two hours and a half for a doctors follow up visit. I don’t mind the first visit being long because you have to do so much paperwork get to know the patient etc. etc. but follow up visits have no reason being over an hour long… Stop over booking or speed ... read more
