After having some drywall repaired, we noticed white dust collecting around the HVAC registers. We cleaned the room several times, but it kept returning. The technician inspected the nearby duct and found some fine drywall-related debris. He cleaned the accessible section and took care around the repaired areas. I was impressed by how carefully everything was handled and how clean the room looked afterward.
Customer service is 10/10! The office staff was so friendly and helpful when booking, they sent reminders, and the crew made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. They really care about their customers. You don't find this level of service often.
The level of professionalism and care was truly impressive. The crew worked carefully, explained everything clearly, and completed a thorough cleaning without cutting corners. I’ve noticed better airflow, less dust, and a much fresher atmosphere throughout my home.
Very happy with the service. Scheduling was easy, communication was excellent, and the technicians did a fantastic job. The house feels fresher, and there is much less dust collecting on surfaces.
Slow drying, occasional burning smell, lint everywhere in the trap. Full vent cleaning removed years of buildup—deep brush through every bend, heavy suction, massive lint extracted (photos were eye-opening). Connections tightened, flow strong again. Clothes dry fast and evenly now, no smells, energy bill down slightly, and safety feels restored. Professional, thorough, and neat—definite 5-star service.
