Jon took time to explain my tankless system, providing me details about maintenance and general function. All of it was new to me and the education helped me feel empowered. He is honest and upfront about the work needed. No sugar coating to win the business. He is knowledgeable about his trade and offers an expansive network beyond plumbing. I appreciate being able to support a small business and a family. Especially a small business with such credibility.

Jon helped me out with a plumbing problem I was having recently and I would recommend him to everyone. He'll help you out with what you need rather than try to sell you more services. - much appreciated
