I had a really frustrating experience at PGA Frisco Spa. I went in for highlights and was quoted around $180. When I checked out, I was charged $311—almost double the estimate—with no explanation and no receipt provided. If additional services or products were added, that was never communicated to me beforehand. I would have appreciated transparency and the chance to approve any changes to the cost before being charged. Went for a conference. Pretty good place. Excellent resort
You can tell that this place tries to hire quality people. The employees are wonderful. We had incredible experiences from the front desk, to the bell people, the gift shops, to employees in the hallway saying hello. Kind, wonderful folks. The problem was, there were not enough of them. We checked in after 4:00 and still had to wait almost an hour for our room to be cleaned. Clearly, not enough housekeepers. We waited for the bell help in our room to check out for over 30 minutes.
