Currently staying in Frisco for a few nights for a PGA Show. I’m always amazed by the service here and each year is somehow better than the last. At this point, I’m really not sure how it can get any better, but this place always has a way of doing the most to make your stay the best it could possibly be. Adults-only rooftop pool is a very nice experience! The view is wonderful. Bill was absolutely amazing and was so attentive and personable. One of the best poolside service attendants I’ve ever had. Thank you for such a lovely afternoon. Highly recommend the cabanas - the pool is small and fills up quickly!
The Omni PGA Frisco was fabulous - from the room, to the amenities, to the customer service throughout the entire resort. Specifically want to praise Madison - we had her as our pool attendant and she went above and beyond for our baby and us during our pool time. Loved our time here & will definitely be back!
