Fantastic staff from the check in with Stephen.. he was so nice and knowledgeable and made sure we got the room we wanted.. the room was so co For table and the design was gorgeous- the king bed was so comfortable and the bedding was high end! We got a courtesy call from The management in morning and she was so nice to extend our checkout! The room was gorgeous, new and the view was amazing g! The staff is awesome! They know the hospitality business! Highly recommend!!
I work with North Texas Flowers, and we set up an event last weekend- it was Amazing! Great load in facility, staff was Great- every single person helpful and so nice! If you're looking for a venue, these guys are top notch great!
This review is specifically for overall customer service on the phone. I called in to add a name to an existing reservation and was transferred (blind transferred, meaning I asked a question and someone just transfers without any additional words) not once but 3 times. Worst experience with an Omni I've ever had and we haven't even checked-in yet
Resort is great, beautiful and offers a great view of the golf course. But I have a request, could you guys please clean up the area next to PGA Parkway. There are unkept bushes on both sides of the pathway and it is dangerous to walk in the evening. There are also water seepage here and there. This area Definity need some attention.
