No care or attention to cuticles. Gel was lumpy on nails . Won’t be back.
I came here the first time and had a great experience, so I was excited to make this my go-to salon. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was extremely disappointing. I requested the same tech”Vee”, but she seemed rushed and distracted. She didn’t explain that my chosen color couldn’t be used for both dip and gel, and when I said I didn’t like the color she picked, she brushed it off. my nails turned out perfect! peaceful and clean environment!
I've been to Omni 3 times, and while the salon is nice and they do a good job, they overbook and so I each time I've had to sit there waiting for 20-30 minutes before anyone starts my nails. I always see other people just sitting there waiting quite awhile before being helped as well. During my first appointment, the lady doing my nails had to keep stopping my appointment to answer the phone and schedule appointments and take payments.
