Elidia Magana was wonderful during the whole process. She did very good follow up and follow through. She was responsive and professional. I was very happy with her service and and her understanding, dealing with someone who’s not feeling well and in pain. She went above and beyond checking in on us daily to see how we were doing not everybody does that, and I was very appreciative. she went the extra mile. Which made our experience that much better. I have had the pleasure of having 2 surgeries with Omni and I’m beyond happy with all the kindness, loving and caring attention I have received from my surgical coordinator Yani. She really goes beyond her job to satisfy and make my experience as pleasant as possible.. She’s amazing at her job & her kind.
This site called Owni Neurological Orthopedic Spine Center at 817 S. University Dr Plantation should not be called or use the word Neurological because there are no neurologists in this office. There is only 1 orthopedist there named Jason Billinghurst . I made an appointment to see a Cervical Spine specialist neurologist. I even called 2 times to make sure of this before my appointment, which the secretary confirmed that Billinghurst was a specialist neurologist and that he would order my treatment , which was not the case,... read more
