Referred by a chiropractor office talking so highly about their service. I waited over an hour. When speaking the assistant (very kind) was being pulled in and out the room but the doctor interrupting my conversation with the assistant. When the doctor came in he didnt seem to care what i was saying. He immediately recommend me the injection when I let him know that I would like a alternative that. Elidia Magana was wonderful during the whole process. She did very good follow up and follow through. She was responsive and professional. I was very happy with her service and and her understanding, dealing with someone who’s not feeling well and in pain. She went above and beyond checking in on us daily to see how we were doing not everybody does that, and I was very appreciative. she went the extra mile. Which made our experience that much better.
