Very pleased with Omni.but disappointed the tec was 45 minutes late with no update
Tony was very professional and clearly communicated what he would be doing. He went above and beyond what he was assigned to do. He took it upon himself to inspect the HVAC unit (he was not here for that) to ensure it was continuing to work as expected.
Everyone from office satff handling the phones to the technician (mike) who provided the service were top notch. Professional and courteous.
Excellent service!
Mike did a great job at installation and made sure we knew how to work the system after he left.
