The Omni Louisville is a beautiful property with fantastic amenities. During our stay, we really enjoyed the layout, the pool, the gym, and the great variety of on-site options like the restaurants, bars, and the bowling alley/speakeasy. It’s a great space with a lot to offer. It is also in a great location. However, the service side fell a bit short. The hotel offers an opt-out choice for daily room cleaning. My family recently stayed at the Omni Louisville while traveling with a youth baseball team. We chose this hotel because of the excellent experiences we've had at other Omni properties, including The Homestead and Grove Park Inn, and because the outdoor pool looked like a great amenity for our family. Unfortunately, our stay got off to a frustrating start. I stayed in a luxury suite on the 10th floor for 4 or 5 nights. I enjoyed it so much. I kept extending my stay, I did that twice. Everything was absolutely lovely from the check-in all the way to checking out. The front desk employees were so helpful, specifically Stevenia, who is an absolute dream and so relatable, I love her so much. The valet were amazing, including Shawn and another gentleman who literally carried all of my bags from the garage to the front door for me, I wish I could remember his name, he was perfection... read more
