Cable TV is horrible!
Toilet seats too low in rooms. Felt like I was at the airport due to all the plane noise. Speakeasy is nice. Sitting areas on 1st floor also nice.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room and bathroom were spacious and nice. Loved the rooftop pool and bar/ restaurant service at the pool. A beautiful and upscale hotel overall.
Lovely hotel. Nicely appointed rooms. Ours was a little smaller than we are accustomed to but the bed and closet are excellent. Good service throughout the hotel.
I am a wheelchair user. My bed was too high for me to transfer into it, but the maintenance staff quickly resolved that issue by removing the box spring for me.
