The driver check-in door is by door 10 and the ramp. They show up before 7 AM. They start loading before 8 AM. They start unloading at 8 AM and it's done within 1 hour. I was able to park overnight against one of the dark doors and they have a restroom Inside. There is 2 businesses in the building. So make sure you check in with the right address
Had a dedicated truck scheduled to be at our store originally for 8pm. Called and said if they could get there for 6pm that would be great. We were told that’s no problem. Truck never showed up. Vince in their office told their driver he didn’t need to show up that night. We had guard watching over our store and an entire team of 5 installers waiting on site for this truck.
