Mehh when the website says one opening time and the system says another and there's still NO answer or ability to reach a live person and hour after they claim to be open is kind of discouraging. Information needs to be updated.
I haven’t been to my old group home with Omni in Seward since I was about 14-15, but I’ve been wanting to write a review for awhile now. When I came to this group home, I wasn’t sure what to expect because I had never been in one. At first, the staff kinda give you that tough shoulder of “I’m just here to do my job”. But by the time I left, I had nothing bad to say about any of the staff. The group home in Seward is a joke. The staff are rude and if you get restrained there the staff will hurt you if you hurt them but if you tell someone the staff will deny it. They had me drugged to the point where it almost killed me. They let clients bully other clients.
