I haven’t been to my old group home with Omni in Seward since I was about 14-15, but I’ve been wanting to write a review for awhile now. When I came to this group home, I wasn’t sure what to expect because I had never been in one. At first, the staff kinda give you that tough shoulder of “I’m just here to do my job”. The group home in Seward is a joke. The staff are rude and if you get restrained there the staff will hurt you if you hurt them but if you tell someone the staff will deny it. They had me drugged to the point where it almost killed me. They let clients bully other clients.

Started off to a HORRIBLE experience but everything has turned around since Crystal took over being my daughter's therapist. Now I get weekly video chats, monthly visits, and FINALLY have my relationship back with my daughter. My daughter does NOT like therapist but her bond with Crystal is AMAZING! She is the FIRST therapist to hold my daughter accountable for her actions and calls her out BUT my daughter listens and is respectful. Crystal is such an amazing soul that we are so blessed to have in our lives.

They need to change their hours online because when you call they say they close a hour earlier from what it says online.
