I was in an accident on Christmas bc a drunk insured through Omni ran a stop sign getting off I-75. It has been a week and a half and I’ve called every day to try and get a rental car for my husband who works very hard to provide for us and still no response, just answering machines. I have left my information for a call back and tried speaking with other departments but still nothing. Merry Christmas to me from the worst insurance company in the world.
