I called Omni HVAC Repair to speak with a technician about my furnace not working properly. After my second call, I was told Douglas would get in touch with me. On the third call, they apologized that Douglas hadn't reached out yet and promised he would. Although it took some time, my concerns were fully resolved the same day I spoke up again. Now my furnace is working great and the service was excellent. Definitely a 5-star experience!

After getting my AC fixed by Omni HVAC Repair, I set up a yearly maintenance plan for a fair price. I had completely forgotten about the agreement until Douglas showed up at my door a year later. He carefully changed the air filter, checked and adjusted the thermostat, and made sure everything else was running smoothly. I'm really impressed with the professional work and how well they keep track of their customers.
