Omni has always been my go to place for any heat or air problems. They came out today for yearly maintenance on an ac unit they installed that is still under warranty. A part needed to be replaced and I was shocked at the $306 as the unit is under warranty. I was charged $79 for the diagnostic fee and $227 for labor. I could maybe understand if the repair took 2 hours...not the 2 minutes it took to swap out a part. Plus being charged a diagnostic fee on top of the labor is double billing...most companies waive that fee when ... read more
