Dr. Chary is very polite and she listens to everything you say and ask questions. dr, Chary spends time with me and she doesn’t rush me that I love about her. The entire office staff is welcoming. Jennifer Patel is very good as well they are a team. I go see both doctors so that they are both familiar with my health concerns.
These people CAN NOT get your prescriptions that you need in a timely manner. I have tried for a month to get 2 prescriptions filled at Publix because my husband died and I lost insurance and could not have them filled by Express Scripts. So I have tried for a month to get these filled. They finally sent to Publix but only got 1 right. The other one I needed was NOT sent. The one I did not need they sent. It’s really ridiculous how bad they are on this!
Extremely frustrated with Omni Healthcare. I’ve been a patient here for almost 3 years, but their current system is seriously lacking. I can’t get my prescription refilled until I see a doctor, but my appointment is still a month away. So now I’m left without my medication because they can’t seem to keep doctors at this location. This is not only inconvenient but feels like a safety concern. There’s got to be a better way to handle these situations.
My primary care physician moved to this office, I was in desperate need of a prescription refill, I was told I had to register as a new patient (which I understand) but was told soonest I could be seen was 4 months away!!! I explained my situation and how worried I was about the urgent need of blood pressure prescription refill, receptionist’s response was rude.
