My girlfriend goes here and her therapist judy always takes so long that she ends up rescheduling multiple times it’s extremely annoying. If the appointment is set a certain time why show up or call 15 min later when she’s already anxious about the appointment. So annoying.

I have been calling this place every single day, leaving multiple messages to setup a new patient appt. I haven’t received a response or had any of my calls answered. This is a major red flag for me & I don’t even want to schedule with this place anymore. They seem very unprofessional & the other reviews don’t help either. Do better!
I am not very impressed with omni health care. I had to rate one star to post...it's really a negative star. I witnessed 3 times hippa violations with a patient. Failure to input a change for who had access to clients file, then disclosed information, the therapist then entered it in after a week and in that time had appointment rescheduled by person who had been removed the client stated during visit that he did not want certain people to know what was going on.
