I am not very impressed with omni health care. I had to rate one star to post...it's really a negative star. I witnessed 3 times hippa violations with a patient. Failure to input a change for who had access to clients file, then disclosed information, the therapist then entered it in after a week and in that time had appointment rescheduled by person who had been removed the client stated during visit that he did not want certain people to know what was going on. I love my old therapist and I love my other doctor crazy I’m working told them I had different insurance no issues until a month and half later saying they don’t take my insurance which I was told they do it’s sad they switch out your therapist I Ben with them almost 7 yr now I have to find a whole new doctor this right here push people not to do therapy 🤦♀️
I am getting more and more frustrated with this office as time goes on. For one I have been with this place for about 7 ish maybe more years and they play musical chairs with therapists, as soon as I could make a good connection with one they either go on leave or leave the company and the replacements are not very compatible imo, secondly and most importantly the appointments almost ALWAYS run late. No stars , took them two days to respond for an appointment, That would make me wonder if we needed to talk to someone during a panic attack ,how long would that response time be.
