The staff is very nice but the Doctor is the worst! Very unprofessional. Edit**UPDATE* After how i was treated today i had to make an update. *Some staff are terrible there especially Yvette or Evette,who wouldn’t provide me her last name so i could report her. Im going to try anyway. But if you dont like your job then find something else. Only a select few out of this place which were actually helpful and cared about their clients were Miss Edwards and Rita ( R.I.P Rita). The Doctors were just as bad as some of the staff. This place was terrible for my 5 year old son. He has a hard time with controlling his emotions and impulse control. If he acted out at therapy the session was ended short instead of teaching him to work through these problem behaviors. I was really hoping for some help or some direction for me on how I can help him. Instead we got a therapist who I felt was very inexperienced with children. I have always had good service here, everyone is so sweet and nice. Mrs edwards is my therapist and she is genuinely one of the best therapists I have ever had. Her energy and personality really make it easy to be able to open up and talk about things and it gives such good vibes. She is also really sweet and makes me laugh! She really listens and helps!
I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is pleasant. They are very understanding and flexible. They treat each patient with respect and kindness. I would 100% recommend Omni in kingston.
