I have always had good service here, everyone is so sweet and nice. Mrs edwards is my therapist and she is genuinely one of the best therapists I have ever had. Her energy and personality really make it easy to be able to open up and talk about things and it gives such good vibes. She is also really sweet and makes me laugh! She really listens and helps!
I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is pleasant. They are very understanding and flexible. They treat each patient with respect and kindness. I would 100% recommend Omni in kingston.

Everyone at Omni that I’ve met so far is incredibly kind and helpful. They really, truly listen to you and want to help you, no matter what. I have been going to Omni for over a year. I am so happy to have found the diamond in the rough. From the start the office manager Rita is absolutely so dedicated and on top of everything. She makes sure and reaches out to you about appointments, medications, and also ask you how your appointments were with the therapist and the psychiatrist.
