I have called the corporate office several times about an incident that happened at their fitness center. I was last told by the risk management department that it was being investigated but have not heard anything back to date My wife and I were targeted by an employee that unfortunately has been allowed to escalate to a serious issue. I would have expected better from Franciscan. Both the manager and compliance officer stated that Franciscan has a Zero tolerance for drugs. Your Friday/weekend hours suck. Youre the most expensive gym in town. Stay open til 9 pm like a normal gym.
I’m so Impressed with this fitness center. It is truly a hidden gem! Beautiful building, very roomy and clean that has everything for your fitness needs! They have a wide variety of well kept exercise equipment as well as a wide variety of fitness classes! Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Fun and warm environment where you feel comfortable and welcome! Do yourself a favor and take a tour!
