It is an amazing experience to go to Omni Franciscan Health Fitness! There is so much to pick from to reach your health goals. The instructors are wonderful, and I try get there 3 to 4 times a week.
Everyone we’ve interacted with here has been great. They care about their members, and work hard to keep everything very affordable while offering so many options. We’ve really appreciated that this is a gym for “normal people” and not filled with the super-showy or uber-obsessed. Just a good, solid place for getting in a good workout or taking some stellar group classes.
Several reports were filed to management involving a personal trainer, including inaccurately advertised or possibly falsified certifications, alleged drug activity within the facility, a documented incident involving this individual, and potentially discriminatory treatment against me. I am extremely disappointed with how Franciscan has handled serious concerns that directly impact member safety. Multiple complaints were filed with the fitness Center Director and Integrity & Compliance, and several messages were left with the corporate office. I also called 833-936-1385 to report a concern, but the phone system repeatedly routed me to the 6th-floor nurse station. Went through a horrible storm with the community and then the second they got power on tried charging the community for showers. Appalling behavior from a religious healthcare company.
