We are here for a day, we are helping host an event. The issue.. is I needed food at 3pm.. the phone went to the main line. The front desk put me on hold and then rerouted me back to the main line because in-room dining was closed. Then they transferred me to the restaurant letting me know that someone would bring my food up. This was not the case, I needed to call back in 5 minutes to place the order. Close enough to walk to a bunch of surrounding restaurants and the Dallas Cowboys Practice Facility. Service matches expectations, but nothing exceptional. Hotel and room were very clean. There is a small onsite boutique. We did not eat at the restaurant or try the little bar area. Unfortunately, our room was a disappointment. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable. Fancy, there's a mini football field for the kids, they love it. Pool is on the roof, not a fan of that but very nice hotel
