Worst nice hotel I've ever stayed at, Saturday afternoon they had a dj playing at the pool for 7 hours. No one was listening to him, I'm staying in the 7th floor, my wife just got out of the hospital and the music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. If I were in charge I would fire whoever decided to have a dj. 4 nights here and no one cleaned our room. Got trash everywhere. If I didn't have to stay here I wouldn't.

We are here for a day, we are helping host an event. The issue.. is I needed food at 3pm.. the phone went to the main line. The front desk put me on hold and then rerouted me back to the main line because in-room dining was closed. Then they transferred me to the restaurant letting me know that someone would bring my food up. This was not the case, I needed to call back in 5 minutes to place the order. Close enough to walk to a bunch of surrounding restaurants and the Dallas Cowboys Practice Facility. Service matches expectations, but nothing exceptional. Hotel and room were very clean. There is a small onsite boutique. We did not eat at the restaurant or try the little bar area. Unfortunately, our room was a disappointment. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable.
