My wife almost choked to death on very poorly cooked steak. She missed and entire day of her trip with hospital visits. While the staff was courteous, it wasn’t enough. We will be thinking about legal action.
I was recently with a group of people who stayed at this hotel. The rooms and hotel in general was BEAUTIFUL. However, the service I received from Bismark (what his name tag read) was less than satisfactory. I felt violated because when I gave him because he held on to my hand a little longer than he should and asked if I was single.. Don't think our group will book with this hotel in the future.
