Neat venue but overall this proved to be a poor choice for hosting our convention. Some of our party was told their rooms were ready but when they went up there were people int heir rooms and they had to stay at a different hotel. Our event coordinator communicated with them in advance about changing the WIFI password for our meeting room (bigger deal because a vendor specifically paid us money for this as a sponsorship) and they had said that it would be done to whatever we desire. Had a last minute snafu with booking at a different hotel and was lucky enough to book Omni again. As long as they keep hiring quality people and going out of their way to assist without nickel and diming… dimeing…(seriously how do you spell it?) Anyway if they keep providing amazing service without price gouging I will continue to be an Omni patron for years! I debated posting this review because the staff at the Omni Frisco at The Star were exceptional. From valet and the front desk to poolside service, the food truck, lobby bar, and restaurant, everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful. I have no doubt that if I had complained during our stay, the staff would have done everything they could to address the issues.
