We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything felt so well thought out, especially when it comes to design and comfort. The lobby was spacious and very comfortable! The restaurants were fantastic with a great variety of food options, and every meal we had was delicious. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO TRAVIS @ Reception desk!!! He was a 10/10 class act and helped meet my every need and went above & beyond to making me feel comfortable & taken care of! If Shontelle the manager reads this please take care of Travis for me, he helped me as if we were family & not to mention helping me with late night checking in 12 am but also bringing anything needed including something I forgot downstairs to my room & also personally delivering my DoorDash delivery to my room at 1:30 am!
