I had a very disappointing experience at Omni Gym. On August 8, 2025,(10:30AM) the front desk staff member was extremely rude he hung up on me mid-conversation and didn’t even give me the chance to finish speaking. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Additionally, be aware that canceling your membership is unnecessarily complicated. This gym is nice and mellow in atmosphere. It’s been here a while and it has enough equipment in it to get a good workout. Most people use the cleaning wipes to clean the machines when they’re done with them. The gym has two levels top level has free weights and machines plus aerobics machines in the mid level by the pool. There’s a pool that’s heated. It’s a four footer.
