Horrible and very unprofessionals . I had called to get a billing matter situated . A staff member answered very rudely also tried to rush me on the phone while I was giving him my card information. i also asked if my payment had been paid is there anything else I could do to make sure my balance was in good standard and he hung up on me. The staffs could be rude and very little patients. Do not recommend this gym

Misleading advertising. Omni Fitness advertises a “free month,” but it is not actually free. After signing up, there were fees/charges required that were not clearly disclosed upfront. I specifically joined because of the promotion, and it felt deceptive once I realized the month wasn’t free at all. Great gym but cancellation process is hectic. You have to provide 30 days in advance to cancel. After cancelling your still charged for months onwards i was charged for 3 months of membership fees after cancellation if anything i should have only paid $65 for a final close out. Really bringing down morale for long term members at this gym i been going for 6 years now almost 7 it’s a shame do better
