Abandoned me when I needed them
I would not recommend this foster care agency to anyone. When you get investigated (because you will), they give you absolutely NO support. Also if you request a different RC for multiple times in two years, they will ignore your request leaving you feeling like there is no point in reporting anything or asking questions. They get the most difficult children to foster and give you NO support!
