Got my medication delayed twice because they don’t do automatic refills and medication is never in stock. I understand the rules of billing the insurance but if the patient needs to call every single time for a medication that has refills on it, it should be made known to the patient this is absurd. Girl on the phone gave me an attitude she explained why there was an issue fine I can’t no longer change the outcome but you can by making sure patients know they are responsible for refilling the medication.
