Great first experience, NP was knowledgeable. Went in for a lab appointment this morning, turns out they didn't have an appointment scheduled and didn't have lab supplies. Was told to check again next week, take the lab order to the hospital where my insurance may or may not cover it, or call the call center number in lieu of physically coming in to check if they have lab supplies. Very strange.

Dr. Chen and the team at Omni Dental are wonderful! I was very nervous, but they helped me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything and checked in often. It was such a refreshing experience compared to other dental offices I’ve visited.
What a miserable experience. My first appointment with NP Utley to establish patient care. The receptionists were great. The assistant rushed me and interrupted me after every question and I didn't even get through my issues or medications. Questions? Forget about it. I expected better from NP Utley. However, she was worse and couldn't be bothered to hear my health concerns. Even worse, was weirdly met with skepticism and judgment when I did get a word in. Ms Utley is very intentive when it comes to her patients. She actually listens to what you are telling her. She makes sure she sends you to other speciality doctors if needed. Ms Utley just wants the best for her patients. I appreciate a doctor like that, as opposed to someone who doesn't really listen and give you medicine and send you on your way. Thank you Ms Utley.
